Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective: 30 May 2025We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Safety Sorted. If for any reason you are not happy, please read our returns and refunds guidelines below.
1. Returns Eligibility

- Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Some products (such as custom orders, hygiene items, or safety equipment that has been used) may not be eligible for return. We will specify this at purchase.
2. How to Return an Item

- Contact us at hello@safetysorted.co.nz to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

- If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items

- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- If a product is defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos at hello@safetysorted.co.nz.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
